Caminar respects and protects your privacy. The Caminar website does not collect personal information about users without their knowledge. Caminar will never sell, rent, or share donor or subscriber personal information collected online or offline to outside individuals or companies for marketing or sales purposes. If a donor or subscriber chooses to provide information to Caminar through postal mail or our Caminar website, the information will be collected and owned solely by Caminar. Your name may be included in the Caminar Impact Report or other publications when a donation is made. If you do not wish to share your name or make your donation anonymously, Caminar will honor your request and not publish your name.
You will receive an acknowledgment of your donation for your tax records. You may also receive periodic emails, invitations to events, and other occasional postal mailings. Donations to Caminar are nonrefundable. If you have made a transaction error in making your donation to Caminar, we will honor your request for a refund within 15 business days. To request a refund, call 650-513-1509. Refunds are returned using the original payment method, except cash donations will be returned via check. If you donate by credit card, your refund will be credited to that credit card.
