Financial Planning and Analysis Analyst

Under the supervision of the FP&A Manager, performs financial planning and analysis for management to make appropriate decisions, plan and facilitate budget development and forecasting updates, supports the development and ongoing maintenance of monthly and quarterly financial reports, and supports the analytical analysis of financial results related to individual departments and Caminar as a whole.

The Executive Assistant will serve as the primary administrative support for all the C-suite staff. The Executive Assistant must be able to work under pressure at times to handle a wide variety of activities and confidential matters with discretion. The ideal candidate will have the ability to exercise good judgment in a variety of situations and will possess strong written and verbal communication, administrative, and project management skills.

Quality Assurance Specialist, Behavioral Health

This position must be available to assist the Program management in auditing all documentation for accuracy and efficiency following all program contract requirements and guidelines. Consistency and judgment concerning the documentation will be very important for organizing and providing management reporting.  On occasion this position may be required to provide routine client case management services and to perform supportive administrative tasks.

Caminar’s Recovery, Empowerment, And Community Housing (REACH) Full Service Partnership is an intensive, full-service psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation program based in San Mateo for individuals in the county who are at risk of hospitalization. Under supervision of the Program Director, the Assistant Case Manager provides services to clients including but not limited to assessment, counseling, crisis intervention, and medication management.

Case Manager

Redwood City, California
Caminar’s Case Management program is an intensive, full-service psychiatric treatment and rehabilitation program based in the city of San Mateo for individuals in the county who are at risk of hospitalization. Under supervision of the Program Director, the Case Manager provides services including but not limited to assessment, individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, medication management, and 24-hour on-call emergency response services on a rotation basis.  The Case Manager also supports and assists individuals in developing independent living skills and rehabilitation goals, provides liaison to other mental health agencies and professionals, and works with family members and others in the client’s support system.

Case Manager - HOME

Fairfield, California
The Homeless Outreach, Motivation and Engagement (HOME) program provides intensive case management services to approximately 15 homeless individuals with serious mental illness and/or substance abuse issues. Under supervision of the Program Director, the Case Manager will provide services to these clients in collaboration with other team members comprised of RN, ACM, and Housing Case Manager.  The Case Manager will visit homeless encampments and shelters to provide outreach and engagement services. They will also provide assessment to clients who are referred to the program from homeless shelters. Other services include providing individual and group counseling, crisis intervention, assisting individuals in developing independent living skills and rehabilitation goals, and providing liaison to other mental health agencies and professionals.
